Shipping Information

Order Processing

We’ll get your order ready to ship in 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing might take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping (A$12.95):
    • Shipped via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Tracking included
  • Free Shipping (Orders over A$50):
    • Shipped via EMS
    • Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Available for most destinations (some exclusions apply)

Note: We currently don’t ship to some parts of Asia and remote locations. If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, just shoot us an email at [email protected] before ordering.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We get it – sometimes that wetsuit doesn’t fit quite right or those fins aren’t what you expected for your board. No stress! Our 15-day returns policy has you covered.

Returns Basics

  • 15-day window from the date you receive your order
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Must be unused and resalable
  • Original packaging required (especially important for fins and accessories)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your return request (use the template below)
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging
  4. Include the original invoice and note your Return Authorization Number
  5. Ship your return to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items)
  • Allow 3-10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? Here’s how exchanges work:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Include a note specifying what you’d like to exchange it for
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement
  4. You’ll only be charged for any price difference plus new shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Used wetsuits (unless defective) – hygiene liner must be intact
  • Custom surfboard fins that have been installed
  • Opened surf wax or other consumable products
  • Special order items made to your specifications

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your surf gear arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or return at no cost to you.
