At FCS Shop, we’re committed to getting you the perfect surf gear for your needs. But we understand that sometimes things don’t work out – maybe those fins weren’t quite right for your board, or the wetsuit fit wasn’t what you expected. No worries! Our hassle-free returns policy has you covered.
Our Returns Promise
We offer 15-day returns from the date you receive your order (some exceptions apply – see below). All returned items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unused and in resalable condition
- In original packaging (especially important for surfboard fins and accessories)
Note: For hygiene reasons, wetsuits (Men’s, Women’s and Kids’) can only be returned if the hygiene liner is intact and unused. Custom or special order items may not be eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return request (see template below)
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Pack your item securely in the original packaging
- Include the original invoice and note your Return Authorization Number on the package
- Ship your return to:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items)
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days).
Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Here’s how exchanges work:
- Follow the return process above to send back your original item
- Include a note specifying what you’d like to exchange it for
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement item
- You’ll only be charged for any price difference plus new shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your surf gear arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or return at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
– Used wetsuits (unless defective)
– Custom surfboard fins that have been installed
– Opened surf wax or other consumable products
