Plow Surf Hats are made of fully recycled nylon outer! Plow is doing our bit to reduce waste, we want sustainable surf wear! The fabric is nice and thick meaning its going to give that better level of sun protection too! Sorry, but not sorry – All Surf Hats come INCLUDED WITH the legionnaires back flap, not separately. We want to provide you with all the tools to keep you sun safe every surf – but totally up to you whether you rock with or without it after purchase.

Plow surf hats are for surfing and all (above) water sports. They come in five sizes, with two tightening mechanisms to make sure you’ve got the perfect fit! The other features dramatically reduce the amount of slipping off. You’ve never worn a surf hat this good! If in doudt or erring on the side of caution with size, go the size up so you can tighten it 😉

How to measure your head for a plow surf hat: Wrap the tape across your forehead, over your ears and to the widest part at the back of your head. Each plow bucket hat sizes up in intervals of 2cm. For example, if your head measures at 59cm do not size down in bucket hat sizes as it won’t stretch – you will need a Size Large 60cm hat. If you size up, there are dual tightening mechanisms, pull the elastic toggle and/or the velcro strap to get a snug fit.
